I know Audyssey does a pretty good job at setting Room EQ, but I'm sure REW could do even better. REW gives much more detailed correction filters meant for a parametric EQ, how do these values translate into a simplified graphic EQ? For example, Frequency 42.6, Gain -13.1, Q 6.99, how would that translate into a graphic EQ with 63, 125, 250, 500, 1k, 2k, 4k, 8k, 16k? I'm guessing these eq's are not meant for subwoofers? Does it even have a sub eq? If for example, my Right Front needed 81.2, -5.2, Q 13.27, how would I put that into graphic EQ? put 63Hz to -5.2 db?

Also, what is the difference between 24db/octave and 12db/octave in target settings?

Even A standard EQ that's 1/3 octave so 31 fixed bands of adjustments won't work well for a sub as the Q is to wide and will not give good results. You need a parametric EQ that has fine adjustment of Q as well as frequencies. Your EQ sounds like it's only 9 bands so it would be even less useful in that regard.

Would REW help with L/C/R channels? How would its filter values translate for those? Guess I should upgrade my Sherbourn 7020 to a 7030, it has full PEQ

You would need external amps and EQ for each channel if you want to be able to use REW and make changes to each channel.

Parametric EQ values do not translate to Graphic EQ. Graphic EQ is fixed freq and fixed Q (width). The purpose of Parametric is you choose the freq and the q.

Yup, not much you can do for a sub with fixed bands at 63 and 125 Hz. I use the EQ on my computers soundcard for my computer speakers and sub, graphic EQ with bands at 31 and 62 are just barely enough to do some general contouring.
