HDMI cables - what will get me the best output?

ood Morning everybody,

I relatively new to this so I apologise if I say something a little untoward.

I'm installing a home cinema into my apartment and as part of this, have an 8K TV. Over the past few weeks I've been ordering accessories and speakers (which I have no idea how to set up!) and I have come across one hurdle.

HDMI cables. I am under the impression that I will need an 8K HDMI cable to get the proper output from my devices and settled at this point on a cord from BUNU

It seems reasonably priced, the same type of cable is £99 from some high-street retailers and it has a 48GB transfer rate and is HDMI certified.

Question: is there a genuine difference in quality of output from a cable of this type, and is it worthwhile me looking at some of the more expensive options on the market.

I've seen some cables valued up to £2500 which I think is astronomical but keen to hear your thoughts on it.

Andrew.

Do you have any equipment that will source 8K? If not get certified HDMI cable (with the hologram sticker) at a quarter of the price.

I've gone ahead and bought it now. It seemed kind of reasonably priced compared to some of the others...

Yeah my playstation runs at 8K so I'm told.... I'm not sure if it actually will I just wanted to make sure I had all the right equipment first time.

Do you know if it makes any difference to the audio quality?
