Hi:
My name is Jeff and I live in the foothills of the NC mountains, transplanted 8 years ago from the FL flatlands, my home state. I've been involved in 'audio pursuits' since about 1970, when my uncle introduced me to "surround sound" via a Pioneer system (quadraphonic) brought back from overseas, that had massive 15" woofers in each of the four speakers. That definitely helped me to move from a spectator to a budding audiophile; I built my first set of speakers in 1976 and never looked back... Over three decades later, I'm still participating in 'audio pursuits', albeit with even greater fervor than I felt then. I found this wonderful forum while checking up on a very short review I posted to the Rythmik Audio site for a 15" servo sub kit I built. I hope to gain useful insights from others, and provide them where possible. Sincerely, Jeff A.
