New here and baffled. I have mixed components I would like to use/setup if possible. I have Smsung Model PN60E630A3F, 2 front & 1 centerr speaker, 1 pair JBL wireless rear speakrs with transmitter model WRZ 1000, Yama R - V503 receiver, and Yamaha YST R80 subwoofer. What connects to what and how using what wires/connections. I am a 70 year old geezer with poor eyes and clumsy hands but cannot afford to hire a tech to do this. Can it be done?

We can help! Just a few questions.

1) Is this your TV? http://www.samsung.com/us/video/tvs/PN60E530A3FXZA
Model PN60E630A3F did not turn up any results, but it's one digit off from PN60E530A3F.

2) Where and how recently did you purchase your JBL wireless speakers? I'm having trouble finding any info about model WRZ 1000.

3) Are you just interested in having sound from your tv go to your speakers, or are you using a DVD/Blu-ray player, cable box, or something like that as your source? Your Yamaha receiver won't be compatible with all current audio/video connections, so that may limit your options.

Once we know for sure which components you have, and what you want to be able to do with your setup, we can guide you through the connection process.

YES YOU HAVE tv CORRECT. i WANT TO USE WHATEVER OF MY COMOPONENTS THAT WILL WORK.
i DID MISS SAYING tv IS CONNECTED TO mOTOROLA CENTURYlINK vip1232.
iF THE WIRELESS SPEAKERS WON'T WORK NO PROBLEM. i CAN USE REAR BOOKSHELF SPEAKERS IF NEED BE. wIRELESS SPEAKERS HAVE A EREMOTE WITH A SINGLE RED/WHITE RCA CONNECTION.
TV IS NEW. EVERYTHING ELSE IS OLD LIKE ME!!
DO I REALLY NEED A SUBWOOFER?

I would recommend connecting the audio out from your VIP1232 (red and white RCA jacks on the right side of the back) to the "video" input on your receiver (again, the red and white RCA jacks). You'll just need something like this to connect the two:

Your speakers need to be connected to the black and red terminal pairs on the right side of the back of the receiver. They will be labeled left, right, center, etc. you can use speaker cable like this:
