Hello all, this is my first post.

Is anyone able to help me find a calibration file I can use in REW for a Radioshack SPL meter? My model is analogue and probably 10 years old (although I can't remember when I bought it). I've spotted some correction data in the forum but wouldn't know how to convert into a file although would be happy to try if the process was explained.

Thanks for any help.

Maybe I should start a new thread as this is actually a second and ... third question!

I have made great progress using REW in conjunction with a miniDSP to tame my sub. I'm now fine tuning the filters and wanted to do 2 things in REW which don't seem to be options:

1) reload EQ .txt files (REW downloads EQ filter settings in the form of a .txt file for miniDSP) to edit what I previously worked upon
2) draw/plot a target line on my measurement graphs (following EQ) to compare where I am with where I am trying to get to

Anyone know how to do these things? Thanks for any help.

REW can't reload the miniDSP format files, but you can save EQ settings in REW's .req format and reload those. EQ settings will also be saved with the measurement in the .mdat file if you save it after setting your EQ.

You can create a response file and import it, then compare your measurements against it on the ALL SPL graph, see http://www.roomeqwizard.com/help/help_en-GB/html/dataimport.html#top
