High Gloss projection screen??

Is there such a thing??..I'm still kind of a newbie to projectors and screens..I now have an Epson 710HD and to me, it looks great!!..The only thing I miss is the bright, glossy image from my plasma tv...I'm happy with the clarity and contrast of the picture, I'm just missing a little "pop" of color..I have a DIY painted screen at the moment..So, is there a screen I can purchase/make that will give me a "glossy" image?

Update--After some web surfing, I came up with this paint...."Extra White Pro Classic Satin Enamel" from Sherwin Williams...Has anybody tried this??

What DIY paint are you using for your screen? Is it white or a gray? Is is regular paint or is it reflectively enhanced with a reflective paint?

How large is your screen?

How far away from the screen is the PJ?

A projected image should not look like a plasma TV, if it does you would get eye strain from viewing it long. A PJ should produce an image like you see in a good theater, but many times will actually be better than that.

A high gloss screen would hot spot like mad and not look like a plasma. The reason is that plasma TV's generate the image while a screen can only reflect the light that hits it.

The Sherwin-Williams ProClassic paint can make a decent screen, but a few people have had problems with it hot spotting for them.

OK, got it!!..I was afraid of the hot spotting..I just don't want to blow $100 on paint and waste my time doing it, for nothing :(
The screen is 150"..The projector is 15ft away from the screen.
I'm using a slightly gray tinted regular flat paint...The name of the paint is called "Secret Locket" and I also added a few drops of white to the can.
Thanks for any help!!
Though not paint, I might suggest Da-Lite's High Power screen material. It has a "glossy" look to it, but doesn't hot spot and really makes for a bright contrasty image. It's a bit directional but not so much as a traditional glass beaded screen (the High Power material uses a micro-bead structure). You might be able to get a sample piece here:

I have a pull down screen with this material and have really liked it. It's only downside for me is that it is real touchy about cleaning if you need to do that. Otherwise, it produces a really bright, detailed image.
