I'd like to gauge the interest of members here in starting our own fantasy football league. Over the years I have found 10 teams to be the ideal, so I'd really only be interested if we could get 10. I like to use Yahoo's FF with a live draft. Here is the point system I like to use - I feel it is the most fair and the most accurate representation of player performance/worth:

Completions (.15)
Passing Yards (25 yards per point; 3 points at 325 yards)
Passing Touchdowns (6)
Interceptions (-2)
Rushing Attempts (.2)
Rushing Yards (12.5 yards per point; 3 points at 120 yards)
Rushing Touchdowns (6)
Receptions (1)
Reception Yards (10 yards per point; 3 points at 105 yards)
Reception Touchdowns (6)
Return Touchdowns (6)
2-Point Conversions (2)
Fumbles (-1)
Fumbles Lost (-1)
Offensive Fumble Return TD (6)
Field Goals 0-19 Yards (3)
Field Goals 20-29 Yards (3)
Field Goals 30-39 Yards (3)
Field Goals 40-49 Yards (4)
Field Goals 50+ Yards (5)
Point After Attempt Made (1)
Sack (1.5)
Interception (2)
Fumble Recovery (1)
Touchdown (6)
Safety (4)
Block Kick (2)
Kickoff and Punt Return Touchdowns (6)
Points Allowed 0 points (13)
Points Allowed 1-6 points (10)
Points Allowed 7-13 points (7)
Points Allowed 14-20 points (4)
Points Allowed 21-27 points (2)
Points Allowed 28-34 points (0)
Points Allowed 35+ points (-3)

I use a team makeup as such:

1 QB
2 RB
3 WR
1 TE
2 RB/WR
1 K
1 Def
6 Bench

If you would be interested, just say so, and if we hit 10, I'll start us a league.

I've seen it played and know, in general, how it works, but never played before.. that being said, I'd love to join.
