This has been pretty much under the radar until now, but we are moving into final preparations phase, so are ready to open it up for comments and suggestions by moderators, reviewers, and administrators. For now we are not ready to go public on the forum. We will do so soon, when the main equipment is in hand. Of course we will make it a big deal, like the speaker evaluation events, with a thread to get attention, an event thread with posting from the event, and full writeups after, and expect a lot of attention.
It is a labor of love. All costs are being paid for by those involved. So suggestions that involve additional costs are welcome, but will probably be rejected if not an absolute necessity for success of the goals of the event. A number of sponsors are supplying equipment, they will be credited for their generosity.
