I will second Gadzie's concern but lcaillo observations (& reputation) seems to be correct.I am not sure what to say. The location numbers are listed above, and they are clearly labelled on the caps as well as in the schematic.
My 57HX81 Service Manual (50H81, TAC0151, file No. 020-200109) also lists all of these caps as:
CX221 P#24619040 Chip, 10pF, ±20%, 16VBUT all references online list that part# as:
CAP.,16v-10mfd CHIPIs this just a Toshiba part description typo that went uncorrected and filtered through all their docs?
A quick check of the DigiKey smd caps indicates no 16v values lower than 10uf so the "10pf" appears to be an error (and I have never heard of a 10pf electrolytic).
I do not have the schematic and can not comment on that.
This does make me very cautious about repairing this board.
I have not pulled the board yet.
If & when I do, I'll update this as to what I see and measure.
