So i have 4 AE 15s in two manifolds powered with BASH 500 for each pair.

I took some SPL readings relative to Frequency with volume set to 50 on my receiver, and was curious if anyone has advice on smoothing the response or maybe sound treatment. Ironically i ran an audessey calibration as my Denon 4311 does sub correction. Im noticing a dip at 50hz but my crossover is set at 60Hz to some Golden ear T7s.

F SPL

20 90
30 94
40 91
50 86
60 94
100 92

The other issue i have is that i cant seem to get anymore than 110dB at 20 through 30 hz in a 1800cu ft room. Im not sure if this is about right given the 4 15s are being powered with 250 wrms each? Whats also odd is that the subs are in a utility room in front of me and when i open the door, the output actually goes up by 2dB. Any ideas?

Thanks Kal

My manifolds are 7ft apart from each other, directly facing me as a stereo pair. Im 18ft from the manifolds.

I'd say when the is open, the room size changes, so you find a peak at the LP. If you close the door, you'll likely find the same 2db spike, but in a different location. (Or the closed door puts the LP in a small null)
