Hi,
I am an IT guy responsible with the testing of our company products, documentation, as well as the translation of this documentation and software texts into French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese & Japanese.
All my TV and audio devices in the house are Samsung. I like the brand, however not necessarily their customer service.
I was surprised though by my last conversation with their customer service who proved to be very helpful. So there is still hope

Hi again,
I have to do a small correction to my initial introduction as I had to deal with Samsung's customer service and I witnessed a 180 degrees change. The guy that helped me really helped me solve my problem. He was very courteous and very professional.
I like them 100% now :D
