I have been looking at the Toshiba 40RV525R tv for a small sitting room and most all reviews says it has low audio and speakers are a must. I have an Onkyo TX-8211 receiver. But this receiver has no tv audio connection. is there a way to make it work?
If anyone has this tv model any input would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Hello,
Goose, your 8211 has 4 audio inputs so connecting one of the four from your TV or SAT/Cable box should not be any issue whatsoever. From looking at the front panel, just use CD, Tape 1 or Tape 2 as your source selection for your TV.
Cheers,
JJ

Just run your left and right audio out from the tv and to the cd input of the reciever. Then just choose cd on the reciever to listen to the tv.
