Kicker C12 4ohm Sub newbie questions

the volume of box about 30-40 liters. but what is tuning frequency i dont know.
i readed the review of kicker C12 and its says that best closed box for it its about 32-35 liters. for flat response of frequency.
i leaved the idea of puting sub under my bed.
today my friend give me he's old box
i mesured it end found it that its a 51 liters and port tuning frequency is 29.5herz ( 10cm x 45cm )
did it will be good to put my kicker in this box ?
and he give me a car amplifier something from china ( warrenty ended in 2003
) CONCORD 4720GT 700W
its has a 4 channel its can bright 2 channels, i think its have a 50-60W RMS for each channel, in brighe its will be a 100watt i think, its will be ok, no ?

on input of its has a TL494cn.
and has 4 ic chips of TL074CN
and one KIA4558P chip.
its has cross over, low or high pass filter from 40-400hz.
i have no manual for it, i think its not have this filter.

nice to hear that.....
now its powered from the car amp ( powered by Thermaltake 400W PSU ) the sound are good, turned the crossover about a 200hz. now im thinking about buying another car amplifier. bacouse this is too old ( about 2002-2003 year )

try getting a class d amp with subsonic and all that...........
i dont know how to determine what class is it ?
im about to buy someting up to 150$

i checked in israel the lowest price for mono amplifier (Lightning Audio B2.250.1 ) is 200$and for Rockford P3001 its 230$, may be letter i will buy it. now im thinking about to get a coaxial cable from receiver to amplifier, becouse when i turn lights in my house from sub sounds low freqency CLICK, if i light up flurocent lamp its sound a few time until lamp light up completely
