I have built and enclosure out of external grade 18mm ply.. braced in the middle 30 litres or so..

I have cut both of the baffle recesses too big for the sub driver. there is a 4mm gap all the way round and it looks rubbish.

I know the baffle cuts should be done before assembly for exactly this reason but alas...

any ideas to make this look ok? or is it off to the scrap heap.

my woodworking skills suck. the sub is amazing, peerless xls10 and pr in 30 litres with a keigag kg5150 but it aint pretty.. I am getting some more local quotes for a 30litre acrylic cube but they are all way too high. geddes audio is a good price but the shipping is $160 and that just bumps it up too much

You know, if anyone had worries about thier woodworking skills, why not put a wanted add up in forum classifieds for a dead sub. Usually it would cost no more than the postage, and all you need do is put in your own driver and amp into the old cabinet
