I received a 1999 Mitsubishi WS-65905 Rear Projection HDTV that clicks when plugged in but CRT's do not light at all.
The power switch stays lit when pressed but doesn't blink.
There is sound from channels but no picture.
There are no codes, just flashes 12.
No resistors look burnt and I think I tested the pico fuses correctly and they seem good.
No leakage from the CRT's at all.
I replaced the convergence IC's and looked over the board for loose or defective parts and crossed my fingers but still no picture.
Are there any known problems or known bad fuses, caps, or resistors to cause this?
Anyone have a service manual?
I believe VS-50805, VS-60805, WT-46805, WS-55805, WS-55905, & WS-73905 manuals are similar.

Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated!!

Sounds like you need to do some troubleshooting and tracing signals. If you get a 1-2 code the unit is not shutting down, as it would seem if you have sound. No easy symptom-repair relationship for this one.
