Mystery Woofer?

I bought this from a guy who bought it at an auction. He actually bought a pallet drivers and they were all new. Among them was this beauty but he couldn't find out who made it so he sold it to me for $50. I'm pretty good at finding stuff like this online, but I've been trying for the past 2 years with no luck. I'm hoping someone out there can tell me who made it or what brand of sub it is. It was suggested that it was made by Vifa, which I checked and couldn't find anything like it. It's a 4 ohm SVC 12.7", woofer that I've tried in a few boxes that needed bigger amps, and it sounds incredible.

Who can tell me what brand of driver is this?
