Do your modeling in winisd with just standard ported enclosure. Winisd doesn't like you putting in "off values" so you should try putting in the basics. Re,fs, qms, and qts (I think) and I believe cms. Let it autocalculate the rest. Throw in the xmax also and you should get a good idea of what to do.

Have you looked at mach 5 audio? They are in Canada I believe and have decent products at not bad prices.
