No measurement response above 2khz

Howdy,

I upgraded last month to the lastest version of REW and now when I make a measurement, the response drops like a cliff above 2khz. With the old version I was able get measurements out to 20khz without a problem.

I'm running on Vista Home Premium, and the sweep is set to 20 to 20,000 hz with a length of 1,024. When I changed to two sweeps with a length of 512 it drops off at 10khz, which is better but not what it should be.

In the spectrum analyzer mode the software picks up frequencies from 20 to 20khz so I know it's not a problem with the mic/preamp/computer input.

I've checked every parameter I can think of to solve this. Any idea what's going on?

Likely insufficient RAM memory to handle the large number of samples. Just change to 256K length and I suspect it will be fine.

I guess it's time for more RAM. Thanks.
