Optoma provides no service manuals, traning manuals, nor schematics for their products. They will sell parts at the board level only in some cases, but not for all products.

Service, technical support, and parts are provided through a related company,

Note: Lamps for the RD50 series of DLP RPTVs are the same Osram part as used in some of the early Mitsubishi sets and can be purchased for lower prices there. Be sure to cross reference the actual numbers on the lamps and be prepared to swap housings. It is very critical when doing so to only use the exact lamp and to be very clean when handling them. Any oils on the lamp itself will cause uneven heating and potential damage.

B&H photo also sells the Optoma part and has been known to have it at lower prices with better inventory at times.
