Pangea powercables - AC-9, AC-9SE, AC-14SE

Looking to move to some other powercables so time to sell these off. I have the box for the AC-14SE, but dont think I have one for the AC-9's. If I do they will be included.

For sale is a Pangea AC-9SE 1.5m, Pangea AC-9 2m, and a Pangea AC-14SE 1.5m powercable. These are all MKI not MKII versions.

I am looking for 260 + shipping for all three of these. Thats a fairly reasonable price IMHO. If your interested in a specific one of the three, PM me an offer and we will see what we can work out, but I'd honestly prefer to sell all three at once.

PCOCC (99.99999% pure) Ohno-cast copper conductors are typically ten-times more expensive than standard copper conductors.

In spite of its name, Pangea Audio's AC-9 high-current power cord isn't a nine-gauge cable. It's actually a seven-gauge cable, which means it's even heftier than the nine-gauge! When More Is Sometimes Actually Less
Until now, all upgrade power cables have been designed according to a 'more is better' philosophy, leading manufacturers to increase the diameter of the conductor and the thickness of the insulation in an attempt to improve performance, but at the expense of flexibility. The resulting thick, noncompliant cables put a severe strain on the chassis of connected components.

Heavy, inflexible cables can also reduce the effectiveness of component isolation and suspension systems. Because power amps do benefit from heavier gauge conductors, the AC-9 is thicker than its smaller sibling, the AC-14. However, it is only as thick as it needs to be for maximum performance, and it is still more flexible than competitive cords.

The AC-14SE is a 14-AWG cable that uses three different wire gauges consisting of a combination of solid and Litz conductors. The large-gauge center conductor is made of solid PCOCC copper. Surrounding this conductor are six cores consisting of one medium-gauge solid OFC copper conductor, which in turn is surrounded by six Litz conductors.

The net effect of Jay Victor's patented design is that every conductor is individually insulated. The braided shield is made of silver-plated copper for lower noise.

This is a particular problem for sensitive source components (such as preamps, CD players, phono preamps, tuners, and DACs) that are typically placed on lighter suspension systems.
