I recently cracked the display on my ESR60 meter, which I use virtually every day. I sent it back to Peak in the UK for repair and upgrade via US Priority mail. It was back to me in less than 3 weeks. Their service is exceptional and includes a complete update of the unit and replacement of the screen and cables very inexpensively. I could have just ordered the LCD from them for a very reasonable price as well, which is unusual for a supplier like this these days.
