Hello,
I am new to REW. I just bought a new audio interface, a Focusrite Saffire Pro 40, which I have not yet used for any recording or playback. I connected a loop from output 1 into input1 and set the levels. Using the latest beta REW, the calibration graph shows a rapid drop off in frequency response at 15K. Am I doing something wrong, or do I have a defective interface. The specs claim a flat response from 20-20k.

It's generally a bad idea to attempt to learn 2 new things at the same time .

I'd suggest that you don't have a good handle on all the routing & monitoring capabilities available in the Saffire MixControl ( soft-patch router ) .

You appear to be folding back the input signal to the output ( causing a feedback loop ) or you have a sampling mismatch between your card & REW .

REW is a handful even with a simple 2-chnl sound card ( which I suggest you may want to use until you're "one with your new toy" ) .
