Is it possible to wire five 3Ω speakers per channel in series-parallel config. and be between about 6-9Ω with each speaker giving the same output? thanks

The short answer is no.

The long answer is no, why do you want to do something like that with an odd number of speakers. :scratch:

Well I brought six sets of these speakers below and want to use all five satellites on each channel of my 7.2 set-up. All four of the smaller ones fit perfectly on top of the longer speaker so it looks nice. I will have them hooked to an Onkyo HT-RC260. I know you purest may scoff at the whole idea but these were so cheap I had to try it. For $25 you get two sets(10 speakers!) I guess I will just have to use four per channel Thank you.
