I need a pretty quick response, as I am about to finish my sub today! It is an CSS SDX15 in a 3.4 cu^ft enclosure. I built it according to the websites specifications and design plans, and it says on their site

"Home audio - Mid Q (Q.707) – 3.4 cubic feet fully stuffed,"

How much polyfill should I stuff in there, if any, and should I glue it to the sides or just shove some in there and let it sort out where it goes?

You don't need to glue it in there for sealed. Fully stuffed is subjective, but it implies some amount of compressing the stuffing to be able to fit more in than a "loosely stuffed" designation would. Either way, it's not going to be a deal breaker.
