Repaced IC's and now the no color

I replaced the IC's on my JVC AV-56WP74. After reading the posts I replaced the STK 110's with STK 394-160's. The color guns worked before the replacement but now after the replacement they do not. They convergence board is getting power (the IC's are heating up). You can hear the click like it is trying to turn them on and then after about 5 seconds the power light flashes very quickly. I have done this procedure before on a Hatachi with great results (thanks to the Shack). I did not disable the digital input ( Booby trap) could this be the problem? I have metered all the resistors on the convergence board and they are ok. Any suggestions? thanks
