Hi,

It seem that the rew .sh installer is corrupted...
Here is the output when i try to install it;

curl -O -L http://www.roomeqwizard.com/installers/REW_linux_5_11.sh
% Total % Received % Xferd Average Speed Time Time Time Current
Dload Upload Total Spent Left Speed
100 10.5M 100 10.5M 0 0 1072k 0 0:00:10 0:00:10 --:--:-- 1010k
[[email protected] rew]$ chmod +x REW_linux_5_11.sh
[[email protected] rew]$ ./REW_linux_5_11.sh

gzip: sfx_archive.tar.gz: not in gzip format

I am sorry, but the installer file seems to be corrupted.
If you downloaded that file please try it again. If you
transfer that file with ftp please make sure that you are
using binary mode.

Any help?

Could check the md5 sum, should be:

62bef796ca69d06acaab9cec0043f124 *REW_linux_5_11.sh

Can also see if the copy in the download thread is the same.

There have been a couple of dozen downloads from the beta and download thread, perhaps someone else who has downloaded it can advise whether it worked for them.

The md5sum from "http://www.roomeqwizard.com" is false; (i have try it multiple time)
7403557035bc62c6966722ad6d5ddb66

Same result with the download from "http://www.hometheatershack.com/forums/downloads-area/19-downloads-page.html";

md5sum REW_linux_5_11.sh
7403557035bc62c6966722ad6d5ddb66 REW_linux_5_11.sh

Can someone give me a valid link?

Looks like the ftp transfer treated the file as ASCII, uploading a binary transferred version now, try again in 5 minutes or so.
