No, but there would be little to be gained as other constraints on filter response shape (such as the gain going back to zero outside the region where the filter is to operate) are what reduces the choices to 3 variables for peaking filters.
REW miniDSP biquad filters
Hello,
I was wondering if there is a way to make REW equalise using the five coefficients of the biquad filters rather than the three values of the PK filter (f,Q,gain)?
I assume having five (vs three) degrees of freedom would allow for a more complex function and perhaps a better fit.
