Hi, I am an audio enthusiast and hobbyist audio engineer. I recently treated my studio with bass traps, and measured the result (of course) with Room EQ Wizard. I also tested IK's ARC 2 product and found it useful. Anyhow, my full write up is here:

hmm... really sucked the bass out of that room. isn't the general consensus that you want around 400ms decay on the lower frequencies?

or is this because you are mixing?

Sorry, I don't feel qualified to speak to why one would want that much decay on LF. All I know is many control rooms have even more treatment and my room is still remarkably "live." That said, I was happy with the performance of what I got with just everything ceiling mounted. I know more could be done, but it would involve changing the decor.

For my purposes, 400ms (almost half a second) is way too long, though I guess it depends on the slope of the curve. 1/8th beats at 160bpm == 187ms between transients.
