My friend has a samsung hls5086 dlp that needs a lamp and I bought a new one a while back for a hlt5075 that had other problems not the lamp. Will this lamp work in his tv? it is square? mine is a e22h osram model. thanks. you guys are the best.

I have not kept up with the cross references available since I left the repair business, but one that I know of is at Ness Electronics site. You will need the Samsung part number for the lam off of the side of the set.
