I concur with Tony... or build one from a frame/cloth (see forum posts) or go to your nearest home improvement store... Lowes and HD will cut sheets for free. If you are willing to live with a 4'x 8' screen, then buy yourself a piece of 1/2" sanded (3/4" might better... but heavier). Paint (numerous suggestions on the forum) & hang as you would a heavy picture. I did something like this for an outside party once & used just your basic eggshell white paint (3-4 coats) & was surprised how good it was (of course it was for night time). I think that keeps you well within your budget.
