Has anyone here used a shipping forwarder in the US to reship item to Canada (or else where)?

I want to order some speaker kit from DIYSoundgroup and Erich won't ship outside US and he told me usually people use shipping forwarder to get their package reshipped.

I did a long google seach and found quite a few but I also scared the hell out of me. I find "review" website that either give 1 star or 5 star review that look almost to be fake review from each other compagny. Well nothing to make you feel safe.

I looked at reship.com and Shipito.com because they both have a wharehouse in Oregon where there is no tax. I asked 2 questions to reship and never got an answer from them (not helping their cause...). Shipito aswered my question in less that 4 hour. But still the review make me feel unsafe...

So now I'm asking your help here because I would most likekly trust experience of user here more than these "review" website.

Having been in the freight forwarding and customs brokerage biz most of my life, many don't like this type of business. Time is money, spending much time on a single personal shipment isn't going to excite most without charging you so much as to probably be unattractive. There are some specialists in the US/Canada trade, might try Livingston Intl.....
