With the talents of Ben Daniels (the give-a-way winner for our 18" woofer) we have hosted four dimensional drawings in PDF format of our 15" and 18" HT series subwoofers. The drawings cover the woofers with the gasket and without the gasket. The drawings are located below. All you have to do is click on the links to access the PDF's. We will have the drawings uploaded to our web site soon but for now they are available by clicking the links below. :)

Thanks! Those are great.

Now, if I can figure out how to print them one a 1:1 scale, these could be used to help with the drilling of the mounting holes, and also for testing to make sure bracing doesn't interfere with the driver.

Ahh. It would have been cool if I had noted the drawing scale.

For the record, the documents are standard 8.5x11 and the drawing scale is 1:4.

I'll think a bit on how you could go about printing to scale. I assume you don't have a wide-format printer.

I have figured out a way to print in full scale across multiple pages. I can create PDF with multiple pages that'll print on 8.5x11. However when I do this, it creates it with a full "bleed", ie. the image goes to the very edge of the page, and I don't know how that will work with most printers. Perhaps your print window will alert you that you will cut off part of the image. That would be fine, as long as you line the pages up to one another without any spaces.

Curtis, what size driver are you going to use? I'll post an experimental file for you to try. Tell me the size and whether you want the drawings with or without the gasket. I'd rather start with one for now to see if it works.

Hrmm...you just gave me an idea. The boxes aren't printed for the next production run yet so I can see if we can get the front dimensional drawing without the gasket printed on one side of the box exactly to scale. That way all you would have to do is cut it out if you needed it for mounting/cutting purposes. What do you guys think?
