I know of no differences. I'll see what I can find. Where are you seeing them listed as different? What suppliers? No there is not a better chip to use.
stk394-250 vs stk394-250a?
are these two chips interchangeable for 46f510? is there a better chip out now to use?

the acme only has the 250a. another one of your preferred suppliers has each one. just making sure. thanks
