Looks good. Have you modified the amp's Hi-Pass filter yet?
According to Kevin I don't have to...
If that is the BASH amp, it needs to be modified. I think the stock corner frequency is 30Hz. You need to have it set to around 18Hz with a Q = .8 or less.I missed the part in the design thread stating the sub works well with the stock HPF. You can get a bit more output at 20 hz if you're willing to modify it.

Hi MovieNut, it isn't paint. It is bedliner applied professionally. My neighbor has a shop and did it for me.
It is the face of the box that should be inside instead of on the outside. I got in such a hurry and glued/nailed it...plus it was really late.looks very good! is that slot port less than the rest of the side? will that affect tuning?
With these size enclosures and ports, a 3/4" difference in length tends to make little difference one way or another.looks very good! is that slot port less than the rest of the side? will that affect tuning?
I also have them in stock now to remove any ambiguity in the proper amp. They are $250 shipped anywhere in the USA UPS GND. I should have them on the web site within the next couple days. The Dayton HPSA500 is the correct amp. The notes just weren't clear enough (for me) before I ordered.
