Toshiba 62hm15a powers off

I have a Toshiba 62HM15A and it powers off generally every 15 minutes no matter what I am watching cable/dvd/wii etc. The red power light will flash usually twice every second. I can not get the tv to turn back on unless I unplug the power cord from the wall and plug it back in. Once I plug it back in the green timer light flashes a few times and then the tv comes back on like there was nothing ever wrong. How do I stop this from happening? What is going on????
