my old board used to have the dnie option on all the time and if you hit the dnie button it showed a demo of what it would look without dnie. now my replacement board has dnie turned off and when I hit the button it shows me a preview of the two and I can see it's turned off. how do I turn it back on. I looked in the menu and the service menu but dont see were to do it.

never mind the board needs to go back to samsungparts.com the board has more issues. It was flashing to a blue screen saying unsuported input and then it would come back to normal. I switched dvd players and cables and had the same issue. Then I hooked up the cable box and had the same issue. it would work for so long then after it got so warm it started to act up. at least it's not the same issues as the old digital board. I was getting the green plaid screen with the old one. now it's a new issue. I went into the service mode and the lamp hours was over 18,000. so I am thinking it had heavy use. thats like being on every day for the last 3 years for 16 to 17 hours a day. or like being on 24 hours a day for the last 2 years.

ok my replacement came again. still the dnie is turned off but if i hit preview i can see it on have the screen but when i turn it off it goes back to as being off.
