Sent in my refurb Denon X1100W in for repair (under warranty) and they fix the power supply. Before shipping it out they put it through some tests and found that the headphone output wasn't working so they ordered a part and fixed that. They were quick to respond to ALL of my emails throughout the few weeks they had it and got it shipped back to my promptly.

I think the cause of my power supply going backs is due to lack of proper air circulation around the AVR. I'll be adding a PC fan to the back of my tv stand to help. Just thought I'd share my experience!

It came as a recommendation by Denon as a repair facility so I'm glad I went with them and not just buying a replacement. Accessories4less is where I originally purchased it as a refurb and they were receptive and understanding as well. I'll certainly be buying my next receiver from them given the warrantee period and the great customer service.
