They are nice Sonnie. Before I actually purchased them I was a bit skeptical about the sound quality. Particularly the treble performance. In reading reviews several people were concerned that the speaker was somewhat vieled. Others had no problems. At anyrate, after having owned them I can say NO they are not vieled and when properly setup are some of the best speakers I've owned. They have achieved legendary status because they offer world class performance for very little money. I'm impressed each time I listen. For some people who require more top end sizzle they have both treble and midrange volume controls on the back of the speaker. I usually keep both at 0.

Mine come with original boxes, spikes, and sound anchor bases. This is a super deal for someone. These usually sell for +$1000 at A.gon.
