I think I may be close here finally.
Driver I'm using Dayton DVC385-88 over the RSS390HF-4 with the Bash 300 plate amp.
6" port @ 24.75" long.

Here is what I came up with. Before I start building, I wanted to be sure I'm in the ballpark.

Not that it would make any difference but the port volume is 689. Other then that you're good to go.

Regarding the port length. Do you include the flare at both ends in the total length?

In WinISD you add an inch to the length stated if using flared ports. Precision Ports has a straight/flared port length calculator:
