Forgive me, I built my sub a while ago and the details have escaped me.
Fs equates to cone travel?
If I don't have any measurement equipment, is there any way I can know if I am using the right amount of weight?

The weight on a Passive Radiator, along with the size of the diaphragm (cone) and the volume of the enclosure set what we call the tuning frequency of the box. It is used just like a port, to extend the bandwidth or increase the output of the design.

It is a relationship that depends upon other variables in a design though in order to be meaningful. Can you give us the details of what you are building?
