I just bought (2) 15" subs from skar audio to use in my vehicle. I was also going to try these in my theater just to see how they sounded.

http://skaraudio.com/index.php/products/vvx-15.html

I was going to run them in 3 cubic feet each but the Manufactutrer hasnt got back to me with what port diameters and lengths to use so I can tune each box to 28 HZ.

Could anyone here give me the port domensions based on the specs from the Skar website for the 15"s?

Thanks,
Bill

I know that, thats why I said try it for Theater. The setup is for in my vehicle.

I am using the rated power of the driver which is 600 watts rms per sub

I not only need the diameter, but the length as well

Thanks

The Skar website says 600 watts RMS.

They have an Xmax of 25mm and seem really stiff, I wonder if 600 watts RMS will be enough to reach their Xmax potential ?

What do you guys think?
