Hi!

I got here via the Gearslutz forum. They often mention using the REW software to setup room acoustics in studios. Many thanks for providing the software!

My "studio" is more a hobby than anything else. It's currently in a completely acoustically untreated bedroom. I'll probably use Digital Room Correction on it after I learn how to interpret all of REW's lovely graphs. :rubeyes:

I've already picked up a calibrated Dayton EMM-6 from the fine folks at Cross Spectrum Labs. I hooked it up today and did all the REW calibration stuff. I figure I'll get my subwoofer dialed in before asking n00b questions about room treatment.

I don't actually have a home theater or even a stereo. That may make me a bit of an oddball here :)

Don't need a HT room to be a member here. Great to talk anything audio in this forum. :D
