Which way to install bracing in this box

If I have a box that is 33" wide X 19" Deep X 14" Height how should i install bracing? Should i install one long brace that goes vertically across the box so that would be approx 31.5" X 12.5" or should I install 2 braces going vertically that would be roughly 12.5" X 19"?

2 braces going vertically that are 12.5" X 19" would be my choice.

I would suggest both options as part of a matrix style bracing system. This will add additional strength & lower the chance of resonances further.
